At SPE, we’re proud to see our apprentices applying their skills to real‑world projects.

Final year apprentice Callum Else, supported by his peers, recently combined every area of his training to take an aerospace tooling job from start to finish — from defining and ordering materials, writing part routings, machining components, right through to final assembly and inspection.

This achievement showcases the depth of our apprenticeship program: developing talent that can confidently manage end‑to‑end processes and deliver quality results.
