- Experience with Siemens NX CAD & CAM software to a high standard
- Experience with Vericut software
- Skilled in MillTurn

- Developing new methods of manufacture
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret and design a range of products.
- Interpret customer designs and then create technical drawings and programs for use in the factory.
- Produce CNC complex programs offline using Siemens NX CAD/CAM and Vericut software.
- Liaise with Engineering and shop floor to gain knowledge of best practice in machining methods and apply to programming technique.
- Update works order routings and times to reflect MoM and feed back to sales department.
- Improve and work to lean manufacturing process.
- Inspect own work and the team to drawing requirement.
- Work to high standards and tight tolerance.
- Support production to meet the customer requirements.
- Adhere to quality standards and checking finished work, work in progress and raw materials using a variety of different instruments.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Maintain a safe environment.
- Adhere to health and safety responsibilities at all times.
- Comply with policies and procedures.
- Fully and accurately complete all documentation.
